            Kedarnath  Kedarnath is a town in Uttarakhand, India that is very important to Hindu people. It is named after a famous temple called the Kedarnath Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Many people visit the town every year to see the temple and pray.                    Kedarnath temple  Getting to Kedarnath is not easy. Visitors have to walk about 14 kilometers from the nearest town called Gaurikund. The walk is difficult because the ground is steep and rocky.
