            Kedarnath  Kedarnath is a town in Uttarakhand, India that is very important to Hindu people. It is named after a famous temple called the Kedarnath Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Visitors have to walk about 14 kilometers from the nearest town called Gaurikund. The walk is difficult because the ground is steep and rocky.
